Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and YHR Technologies, which runs SuperImpress. By using SuperImpress, you agree to them, to our Privacy Policy, and to our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use SuperImpress.

What SuperImpress does

SuperImpress reads the public job boards of a curated set of companies. It marks the Postings that fit your Target, judges them, and helps you prepare resumes and letters. You decide what to apply for, and you send every application yourself.

Your account

• You must be 16 or older.
• An account is for one person. Give us accurate details and keep them current.
• Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for everything done through your account, including by an agent you connect. Tell us at once if someone uses your account without your permission.

Plans, payment, and Credits

• The Free Plan costs nothing. The Pro Plan is billed monthly or quarterly through Dodo Payments, and it renews automatically until you cancel.
• Pro includes Credits each month, whether you pay monthly or quarterly, which Autopilot spends. Monthly Credits expire when the next month's Credits arrive. Credits from packs do not expire, but you can spend them only while you are on Pro.
• Credits have no cash value. You forfeit every unspent Credit when you delete your account.
• If we change the price of Pro, we tell you at least 30 days before your next renewal at the new price.
• Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

Your content

Your Career Record, your notes, and the resumes and letters made for you are yours. You let us store and process them only to run SuperImpress for you, as our Privacy Policy describes. You are responsible for what you send to employers, and for making sure it is true.

AI output

Verdicts, resumes, and letters written by an AI model can be wrong. A Verdict is a mark to help you decide, not a decision. Read and check everything before you rely on it or send it. We do not promise interviews, offers, or any other result.

Job postings and companies

Postings come from each company's public job board, and they can be out of date or wrong. We do not control them, and we are not affiliated with the companies unless we say so. Our Company Briefs are our own summaries.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• share, resell, or rent out access to SuperImpress;
• use an agent, a script, or any other means to pull data out of SuperImpress in bulk, beyond what your own job search needs;
• probe, overload, or try to break the security of SuperImpress;
• give us data about other people that you have no right to share;
• use SuperImpress for anything unlawful.

Our property

The SuperImpress software, brand, and Company Briefs belong to YHR Technologies. You may not use our name or marks without our written permission. If you believe something on SuperImpress infringes your copyright, write to support@superimpress.com.

If you send us feedback, we may use it freely, with no obligation to you.

Other services

SuperImpress links to company job boards and works with services we do not run, such as your sign-in provider and your own agent. Their terms and privacy policies apply to them, and we are not responsible for them.

Suspension and closing

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, without notice if the breach is serious. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.

No warranty

SuperImpress is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promise that it will be uninterrupted, free of errors, or fit for a particular purpose. Some places do not allow these exclusions, so some of them may not apply to you.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost opportunities, lost income, or lost data. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or ₹1,000 if you paid nothing.

Law and disputes

The laws of India govern these terms. If you have a concern, write to us first, and we will try to resolve it with you. If we cannot, the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

When we change these terms, we update the date at the top. We email you at least 30 days before a material change takes effect. If you keep using SuperImpress after that, you accept the new terms.
