What they look for

About a fifth of Postings ask for a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Senior roles ask for 5 to 8+ years. Sales roles ask for a record of meeting sales targets, and experience selling SaaS (software sold as an online service) or UCaaS (calling, meetings, and chat sold as an online service) helps. Japan sales roles ask for business-level Japanese. Support roles ask for network troubleshooting and experience with video conferencing platforms. A data engineering role asks for Python, Java, or Scala, and a machine learning role asks for Python or C++, PyTorch, and agentic AI work (AI that takes steps on its own).
