Zeta has offices in Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Pune, Dubai, and the USA. Every India role is on site, and all engineering roles are in Hyderabad. Bangalore and Mumbai have product, project, legal, and HR roles. The only remote roles are senior sales and solution roles in the US.

Teams and roles

Engineering roles are in infrastructure, reliability, and security, not product development. Several are lead level.

• Cloud network: AWS, Cloudflare, Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, and Python or Bash. It asks for interest in LLMs for operations.
• Data reliability: a lead or manager for PostgreSQL at tens of terabytes, high availability, and disaster recovery, with Jenkins and Terraform.
• Site reliability: two lead roles that run incident management, own MTTR, and build alert coverage.
• Product security: web, mobile, and API testing, VA/PT, threat models, bug bounty, and PCI DSS. It asks for a tier-1 engineering degree.
• SIEM: detections on ELK and OpenSearch, with detection-as-code in Git and CI/CD.

A product management intern in Bangalore does growth work. The intern writes copy with AI tools, works with data, and needs basic HTML and CSS and a B.E. or B.Tech.

What they look for

Zeta calls itself engineering first. Postings ask for years of experience, engineering degrees, and hands-on depth with named tools. A strong candidate shows reliability or security work on regulated financial systems, with measured results. The site does not describe the interview steps.
