Wingify makes a platform that helps companies test and improve their websites and apps. It covers A/B testing, personalization, behavior analytics, feature management, and commerce search. Its AI, Wingz, decides what each visitor sees. VWO, founded in India in 2009, and AB Tasty, founded in France, merged in 2026 to form Wingify. Everstone Capital backs the company.

Seventeen of the 23 postings list Delhi, Gurugram, or India, and twelve of these are marked remote. Some of them serve the UK, ANZ, or US markets. Other postings name New York, Latin America, London, Paris, Germany, and Tokyo. The European roles allow up to three remote days a week. No posting mentions visa sponsorship.

• Sales: an enterprise account executive in Paris, an account executive for the DACH region, and senior SDRs for the UK and ANZ markets.

• Partnerships: a partner account manager for North America and a partner success manager.
• Engineering: a lead backend engineer for the data platform (Java, ClickHouse, BigQuery, Kafka, GCP), a full-stack engineer (PHP, Node.js, Redis, AWS), a QA engineer, and a client services engineer. The client services engineer changes live customer web pages with JavaScript to run experiments.
• Marketing: a growth marketing manager for the US, a marketing manager for Latin America, and a three-month product marketing intern in India.
• Other: a senior product manager for commerce onboarding, a VP and a manager in legal, and two Salesforce business analysts. One analyst role is a contract.

What they look for

Every posting names a range of years of experience, from 0 to 1 year for the intern to 12 or more for the legal VP. Most postings ask for clear communication, and most ask for SaaS experience. The customer-facing technical roles ask for HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Nine postings name Salesforce. The QA and full-stack engineering postings ask for AI-assisted coding tools. Regional roles ask for French, Japanese, or Spanish and Portuguese.

Four postings ask you to apply even if you do not meet every requirement, and to say why you fit. Three postings list the interview steps: a talent team call, a hiring manager interview, a case study or team interview, and a final meeting. The ANZ presales role starts work at about 5:00 AM IST.
