• Risk and analytics: financial crime specialists, risk analytics consultants, and a head of AI for India and the Philippines.

What they look for

Each posting lists required years. Branch roles ask for six months of work with customers, or the same through training or education. Lead software engineer roles ask for five years or more, often with Java, Spring Boot, React or Angular, Kafka, and Kubernetes. An AI leader role asks for ten years of quantitative work and eight in AI for banking. Postings ask for strong communication and care with policies and controls.
