What they do

Toprankers prepares Indian students for entrance exams for careers beyond engineering and medicine. It started in 2016. Its brands are LegalEdge for law, SuperGrads for management, CreativeEdge for design, and JudiciaryGold for judiciary exams. It teaches online and in centres in more than 35 cities. Lighthouse gives each student a mentor.

All 53 postings are in India. Bhopal, the head office, has 19. The others name centres in cities such as Pune, Nagpur, Indore, Jaipur, Kolkata, Mumbai, Delhi, and Chennai. Twelve postings are in a hybrid department. Two faculty postings accept remote work. No posting mentions visa sponsorship.

What they look for

Most postings ask for strong communication. Faculty postings ask for two to five years of teaching for exams such as CLAT, IPMAT, or CAT. Counsellor postings ask for experience with admissions targets, cold calls, and CRM tools. Seven counsellor postings name a six-day week that includes weekends. Most mentor and coach postings ask for English and Hindi, and some ask for a law degree from a National Law University. Some centre roles ask for the local language, such as Odia in Bhubaneswar.
