Teams and roles

Information technology is the largest group on the board, then operations.

  • Technology: Java full stack developers, SQL and Sybase developers, data governance leads, and cybersecurity roles, many of them in Hyderabad and Bengaluru.
  • Operations and fund services: reconciliation analysts, agency lending operations, and prime services operations.

  • Corporate functions: legal, employee relations, finance, risk, compliance, and audit.

Postings ask for a bachelor's degree and a set number of years. A Java full stack role in Hyderabad asks for seven years or more in financial technology, five with Java and Oracle SQL, and Agile work. A lead full stack role asks for eight to ten years in React, Java, Spring Boot, and PL/SQL. Research roles ask for an advanced degree, seven years in investment research, and Python or R.
