About Sprinklr

The company, in brief.

What they do

Sprinklr sells one platform for everything a brand does facing its customers: social media management, marketing, advertising, customer feedback, and omnichannel contact centre. It calls this Unified Customer Experience Management, and sells it as AI-native. It says more than 1,900 enterprises use it, including 60% of the Fortune 100.

What they value

  • Unify the data a brand holds about its customers, and break the silos.
  • Pair human instinct with AI, rather than replacing one with the other.
  • Earn trust and loyalty, which is how it measures a customer experience.
  • Act on real-time insight, across every customer touchpoint.

Where they hire

The board is global, with around eighty open roles. India is the largest single country: most Indian roles are in Gurgaon, with a few in Bangalore. The rest are spread across Dublin, London, Tokyo, Seoul, Dubai, Riyadh, Madrid, Milan, Paris, Amsterdam, and the United States, with a few remote roles in Mexico, Brazil, and Texas.

Teams and roles

The Indian roles are a mix of product, engineering, and operations.

  • Engineering: lead software engineers on the backend, a senior product security engineer, and a senior technical program manager, all in Gurgaon.
  • Product design: a director, a senior manager, and senior designers, all in Gurgaon, which is where its design team sits.
  • IT and automation: an analyst building support workflows on Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Automate, in Gurgaon.
  • Content and communications: a senior content writer in Bangalore and an internal communications manager in Gurgaon.
  • Services: managed services consultants in Bangalore, several working American hours, and a payroll lead.

Outside India the board is mostly sales, solutions consulting, implementation, and Platinum support for its contact centre product, sold as CCaaS.

What they look for

Engineering roles ask for backend work at enterprise scale and, for the security role, for product security rather than IT security. The program management role asks for programs run across product, platform, cloud, and SRE teams, with incident follow-through. Design roles ask for enterprise software portfolios, not consumer apps. Many services and support roles name a language or a time zone as a requirement. The postings do not describe the interview steps.
