Skydo helps businesses and freelancers in India get paid by clients abroad. Customers get bank accounts in the US, the UK, Canada, Australia, and more. Skydo charges a flat fee with no margin on the exchange rate. It sends a FIRA, a bank proof of payment, at once. It started in 2022 and has an RBI license for cross-border payments.

Most roles ask for 0 to 5 years of experience. The process engineer role takes fresh graduates, and the IT and Security Engineer needs 5 or more years. Ten of the 14 Postings ask for strong communication. Four Postings, in sales, customer experience, and payment operations, ask for English and Hindi. Ten Postings ask for analytical skill, and four ask for SQL. The process engineer and Risk Lead roles ask for a degree from a Tier-1 institute such as an IIT, NIT, or BITS. The Finance Associate must be a Chartered Accountant. Sales roles ask for CRM experience and a drive to meet targets. Five Postings name experience in fintech as a plus or a need.
