About SalesPatriot

The company, in brief.

What they do

SalesPatriot builds an AI-native platform for supply chain teams at distributors, manufacturers, and defense suppliers. It pulls data from email, ERPs, CRMs, marketplaces, and spreadsheets. It speeds up quoting, sourcing, procurement, and inventory work, and gives executives visibility. About $50M a week moves through its system. It was in the Y Combinator Winter 2025 batch.

What they value

  • Build without being asked, and figure it out without a spec.
  • Care more about the problem than the title.
  • Ship into production fast, with short feedback loops.
  • Keep the team compact and strong.
  • Work hard: the postings ask for an absolute grinder.
  • Be low ego, curious, and intellectually honest.

Where they hire

The board lists eight open postings. Four are in San Francisco, and three are in person in the Warsaw office. Forward deployed engineers work at customer sites on weekdays and must relocate to San Francisco. The business development representative role is hybrid in several US cities. That role requires US work authorization and does not sponsor visas.

Teams and roles

SalesPatriot is a team of 20, and members can co-live in its Warsaw and San Francisco hacker houses. All eight roles are in the Core Team.

  • Engineering: full stack engineers in San Francisco and Warsaw, and a lead for the Warsaw office of about 10 engineers. The stack is Svelte, TypeScript, and Postgres.
  • Forward deployed engineering: a lead and a forward deployed engineer, who set up automations in SP Studio at customer sites.
  • Sales: an account executive for enterprise deals, and a business development representative who walks into company offices to book meetings for the founders.

Every posting states a pay range and equity. The BDR role pays local minimum wage plus $500 or more for each qualified meeting.

What they look for

The engineering roles ask for strong TypeScript, a frontend framework, and SQL, preferably Postgres. They want a shipped full-stack product to show, such as a GitHub repo or a live web app. The senior Warsaw role asks for five or more years, and the Warsaw lead for 10 or more years and five years of leading teams. New grads can apply for the forward deployed engineer role. The account executive role asks for three or more years of outbound sales and 50% travel. Engineering interviews are a call with an engineer, a technical test, a call with a founder, and an onsite visit.
