Teams and roles

Most postings use the title Member of Technical Staff, or name senior and staff levels.

Product managers work on ML research products and the developer platform, and some write code. Product designers work on growth, the developer console, and API documentation.

What they look for

Research postings ask for experience that takes research into production. Product managers talk with users often and run experiments. Designers build prototypes with AI tools, and artistic or creative skills are a bonus. The site and postings do not describe the interview steps.
