• Construction management: senior project managers in Germany and the Netherlands, a junior project manager in Munich, and a contract manager. They deliver BESS projects with EPC contractors and suppliers.
• Finance: a senior IFRS specialist leads the move from Dutch GAAP to IFRS.
• Procurement: a procurement specialist prepares and tracks contracts for the Balance of Plant purchases.
• Transactions and sales: a senior deal structurer shapes BESS offtake deals, and a power originator finds new business in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.
• Asset management: an OCC operator keeps the BESS assets running 24/7, in shifts that include nights and weekends.

What they look for

Every posting asks for fluent English. Many roles in the Netherlands also ask for Dutch, and the junior project manager role in Germany asks for German. Most roles ask for years of experience in energy, infrastructure, or construction, from two years for procurement up to 15 years for senior project managers. The construction and contract roles ask for knowledge of contract forms such as UAV-GC and FIDIC. Many postings ask for a degree in engineering, law, or a related field, and for travel to sites or partners.
