Reltio, an SAP company, makes a cloud data platform that it calls a context intelligence platform. It unifies and governs data from many sources and formats in real time, unstructured data included. Applications, users, and AI agents can use one trusted view of the data. More than 200 large brands use it in life sciences, financial services, healthcare, and technology.

Where they hire

Most of the 28 roles are in the United States, often listed by a group of states. Five are in Bangalore, two in the UK, and two in Lisbon. The board marks no role as remote. Reltio says it began with a distributed workforce and offers flexible work. The Postings say nothing about visa sponsorship.

Teams and roles

Reltio was founded in 2011, and SAP now owns it. The board lists 28 roles:

• Sales and customer engineering: 16 roles. These are customer engineers and customer architects who support customers on the platform, and solution and enterprise architects. Others are solutions consultants, business development reps, a technical delivery manager, and a VP of customer success.
• Technology: 10 roles. These are security engineers in Bangalore and the US, and a CI/CD engineer in Bangalore. CI/CD is the automated build and release of code. Others are two software and release engineers in Lisbon, two principal architects, and a GRC (governance, risk, and compliance) analyst.
• Marketing: a product marketing director.
• Training and enablement: a senior technical trainer.

Most US Postings give a pay range in USD. Customer engineer roles join a 24/7 on-call rotation and some weekend shifts.

What they look for

Customer-facing technical roles ask for 3 to 5 or more years supporting enterprise SaaS products. They want experience with master data management (MDM) tools, REST APIs, and the public clouds AWS, GCP, and Azure. The Bangalore customer engineer role asks for 5 or more years and hands-on work with MDM on Reltio Cloud.

Security roles ask for 5 or more years in Bangalore and 8 or more years for the US Staff roles. They want cloud security across AWS, GCP, and Azure. The CI/CD role asks for 5 to 9 years with Bitbucket, Jenkins, and Argo CD. The Lisbon software engineer role wants Java and distributed data systems in the cloud.

Senior roles ask for much more. The VP and the principal enterprise architect need 15 or more years, and the principal architects need 20 or more.

Many customer and sales roles ask for travel to customer sites.
