What they look for

Most Postings ask for clear communication and for work with cross-functional partners. Most name a level of experience, often 6 to 8 or more years for staff and senior roles. Engineering roles ask for distributed systems, cloud platforms such as AWS, and a language such as Python, Go, or Rust. Several roles ask for experience with AI tools.
