What they look for

Most engineering and research roles ask for strong Python. Research roles ask for PyTorch, a deep knowledge of transformers and LLMs, and published papers in top AI venues. Machine learning roles ask for a computer science degree, but not for formal research experience. Engineering roles ask for 3 to 5 or more years, and React and Next.js for the front end. The customer solutions role takes 0 to 2 years. Several roles ask for skill with AI tools, such as AI coding tools. Sales roles ask for a record against quota, discovery calls, the ability to learn a technical product, and interest in an early-stage company.
