Its Niyo Global Card lets people spend abroad with no forex markup, and NiyoForex sells forex cash and sends money abroad. Partner banks issue its accounts and cards; Niyo is not a bank. Every role is in India. Most office roles are in Bengaluru, at Whitefield, and one is in GIFT City near Ahmedabad. Field and branch roles span Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Chennai, and Gurugram. Roles are on site, some five or six days a week. The postings do not mention visa sponsorship.

What they look for

Every posting gives a range of years: none to three for field roles, two to five for operations, and five to ten for the GIFT City lead. Field and branch roles ask for a bachelor's degree in any stream, good English, and a local language. Field roles need a two-wheeler. The DevOps role asks for Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS, and Kafka. Postings say selection includes an interview or assignment and a background check.
