What they value

• Make it happen, and make it matter.
• Do more, learn more, and grow more.
• Step outside your comfort zone.
• Be yourself, and bring passion and personality.
• Lean in and speak up.
• Give people the support they need to be at their best.

Where they hire

Most roles are in North America and Europe, then Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, and Latin America. India has 43 roles, in Mumbai and at plants in Baddi, Sricity, Induri near Pune, and Malanpur. Some United Kingdom postings say the company cannot sponsor a visa. A Spanish internship asks for a European work permit.

Teams and roles

The board mixes plant roles, office roles, and many early career programs.

• Manufacturing and engineering: shift leaders, process quality control, maintenance, and plant engineers.
• Supply chain: sourcing managers, customer service and logistics, and import and export roles.
• Sales and marketing: brand managers, category managers, field sales, and consumer and shopper insights.
• Research and development: packaging, product, process engineering, and scientific and regulatory affairs.
• Finance: accounting, external reporting, internal audit, and FP&A.
• Students: Taste The Future internships, graduate programs, management trainees, and leadership development programs.

What they look for

Many postings ask for a bachelor's degree, and some prefer an MBA. Manager roles give a number of years, such as three years in procurement, supply chain, or commodities for a sourcing manager. Strong communication and analytical skills come up again and again. Interns and graduates should be proactive, willing to learn, and recently out of university. Postings outside English-speaking countries often ask for English and the local language. A Spanish internship describes an online assessment and then an assessment centre.
