Lovable makes a software creation platform that uses AI. It lets people with an idea build software without deep technical skill. Users range from solo founders to teams at Adidas and Zendesk. They built over 60 million projects since the November 2024 launch. Lovable is based in Stockholm, with teams in London, Boston, New York, and San Francisco.

What they look for

Lovable wants people who care deeply, ship fast, and take extreme ownership. Staff engineers need 10 or more years of shipping products, React and TypeScript or Go and Rust, and systems design for millions of users. Designers need a portfolio, strong prototyping, and skill with design systems (shared sets of components and rules). Shipping to production with AI is a bonus. Account executives need 3 or more years of closing deals for online software (SaaS) with mid-sized companies. Data scientists need SQL, Python, and statistics. Support specialists need 3 years of support for online software sold to consumers (B2C SaaS). Design hiring is a call, a recorded take-home of your best work, interviews, and one to two days of trial work.
