Lambda runs an AI cloud and builds supercomputers for training and running AI models. It also builds modular AI factories with power, liquid cooling, and fast links between machines. Most postings name a minimum number of years of experience. Engineering roles often ask for Linux, Python, and Kubernetes. Many engineering and operations roles include on-call work. Data center roles ask for experience with power, cabling, and server hardware, and some ask for travel to new sites. Some business roles ask for a bachelor's degree and comfort in a fast-paced team.
