Postings ask for a set number of years in a domain. Banking roles in Bengaluru ask for five to ten years, or fifteen to twenty for senior roles, in banking applications for Indian banks, such as core banking, lending, and payments. A SugarCRM role asks for PHP, MySQL, and JavaScript. Delivery roles ask for Agile and Scrum, and certifications such as PMP or ITIL.
