Kinetic Green makes electric two-wheelers and three-wheelers. It started in 2013 and comes from the Kinetic Group, which made the Kinetic Honda scooter. It says that it has more than 24 models, more than 550 dealers across India, and more than 14 manufacturing facilities. A joint brand with Tonino Lamborghini sells electric golf carts.

All 23 open roles are in India. Eleven are in Pune, where the head office is. Sales and service roles are in cities across India: Delhi and Gurgaon, Indore, Bengaluru, Raipur, Bilaspur, Hubballi, Tiruchirappalli, Hyderabad, Lucknow, and Guwahati. Teams and roles

• R&D: nine engineering roles. They cover battery pack and battery management system (BMS) design, motor design, embedded software, brakes and suspension, vehicle integration, chassis supplier quality, and CAE durability analysis.
• Service: six roles for two-wheeler service. Service engineers visit dealers, find faults in vehicles, and handle warranty claims. Regional service managers lead the dealer service network in a region.
• Sales: five area and regional sales manager roles. They find and develop dealers for two-wheelers and three-wheelers.
• Other roles: a digital marketing manager, an executive assistant in the founder's office, and an assistant manager for the supply chain.

What they look for

Most engineering and service roles ask for a degree in mechanical or electrical engineering. Service roles prefer experience in two-wheelers or electric vehicles. Design roles ask for UG NX and GD&T. Executive roles ask for two to eight years of experience, and the two lead roles in R&D ask for ten years or more. Sales roles ask for four to ten years and a record of meeting sales targets. Ten postings give a pay range. Executive roles show 3 to 10 lakh rupees, and the two lead roles show 20 to 35 lakh rupees.
