• Engineering: software engineers at all levels, a system architect, DevOps and Linux infrastructure engineers, and an incident manager in Hyderabad. The Ho Chi Minh City team hires engineers, leads, and managers. A Petersfield team builds AI agents with TypeScript, Node.js, Python, and PostgreSQL.
• Customer Enablement: support analysts for products such as Autoline. Many roles need a second language, such as German, Dutch, or Japanese.
• Sales: commercial directors, account managers, and sales executives.

What they look for

Almost every posting says that Keyloop does not need academic qualifications and selects on experience and potential. Engineering postings ask for strong fundamentals, testing, CI/CD, and the ability to learn any tech stack. They also ask for daily use of AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code. Product postings ask for heavy use of AI tools too. Sales roles ask for several years of B2B or SaaS sales. Experience in automotive retail is a plus in many roles. Support roles ask for clear English and often a local language.
