Teams and roles

Most engineering roles are in India, at levels from SDE II to SDE IV.

• Data platform: a self-serve platform on Spark, Flink, Airflow, and Iceberg on Kubernetes, with StarRocks for DSP reporting and on-call duty.
• AI engineering: LLM apps, RAG, and multi-agent workflows with LangGraph or CrewAI and MCP, for internal teams on GCP and Azure.
• Applied science, on the exchange: auctions, pricing, fraud, and ad quality with bandits and reinforcement learning.
• Accelerate: a machine learning manager for budget allocation, bid optimization, and attribution.
• Also DevOps, application security, and Salesforce and Agentforce engineering.

Many other roles serve a partnership with Microsoft Advertising. Bengaluru also hires product marketing, product analytics with SQL, Python, and Spark, and an art director who uses Figma and generative AI. Product management roles are mostly senior and in the US.

What they look for
