Many Postings list "You must have" and "We value" parts. They ask for a bachelor's degree in engineering or a technical subject. Years vary: 0 to 2 for a Software Engineer I, 2 or more for an AI engineer, 7 or more for test automation, and 15 or more for a director. The AI engineer role asks for Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch. Systems engineer roles ask for 3 or more years with DCS or PLC control systems and travel of 30% to 70%. Finance roles ask for a CA, a cost accountant qualification, or a master's in finance. Some Postings leave the description empty and put the role in the qualifications.
