Teams and roles

• Internal audit: risk-based audits of digital lending, broking, and wealth against RBI, SEBI, and exchange rules. It needs a CA and curiosity about AI tools such as n8n, Claude Code, and Cursor.
• Controllership: month-end close for the lending entity, credit loss provisions under Ind AS 109, and RBI returns. A CA is required.
• Private Wealth: a portfolio specialist for HNI and UHNI clients, and a product research specialist who meets fund managers.
• Sales: a relationship manager for Groww Mutual Fund who works with distributors.
• Content: a Digest associate who writes plain content on markets. Interns run YouTube or edit video in Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
