Engineering has the most openings. The other roles spread across the company.

• Engineering, data, and security: staff and senior software engineers, an AI lead, heads of infrastructure and testing, data engineers, and an AI security engineer. The Postings name Python, React, GCP, and Postgres.
• Medical Intelligence Lab: a research scientist builds models that predict a member's health from labs, scans, and wearables. A regulatory affairs specialist joins the lab too.
• Ezra: nurses and nurse practitioners care for members who get MRI scans, and an MRI specialist sets up new imaging centers.
• SuppCo: a product manager and a product designer for the supplement app.
• Growth, brand, and sales: organic growth, product marketing, communications, social media, enterprise sales, and partnerships.
• Finance: an assistant controller and revenue accounting roles.

What they look for

Most Postings ask for a bias toward action, a growth mindset, and belief in the mission. Senior roles ask for long experience: 12 years for the staff engineer, and 10 years plus a CPA for the assistant controller. Several roles ask you to use AI tools in your daily work. The growth roles ask you to run A/B tests yourself. The registered nurse needs a multi-state nursing license and three years of clinical work. Startup experience helps in engineering.
