About Fetch

The company, in brief.

What they do

Fetch is a rewards app. People earn Fetch Points when they shop, eat out, or play mobile games. Users submit more than 13 million receipts each day. This view of household spending powers an advertising platform that helps brands win and keep customers. To date, Fetch gave users more than $1 billion in points.

What they value

  • Move with speed and purpose.
  • Trust the process, and trust the people.
  • Aim to be the best.
  • Put the team first.
  • Stay curious, and try new tools, AI above all.
  • Challenge ideas, think bigger, and bring the fun.

Where they hire

Most roles are remote in the United States, or in a Fetch office in Madison, Chicago, Birmingham, Boston, or New York. Eleven data science and machine learning roles also accept Canada, but not Quebec. A few roles ask for time in an office. Three Postings rule out visa sponsorship, and the Canada roles need work authorization.

Teams and roles

Technology has the most openings, and sales has the next most.

  • Technology: data scientists and machine learning engineers for ads, ranking, and monetization. Also backend, data platform, Android, iOS, security, and IT engineers.
  • Sales: account managers, partner managers, and partner directors for small, mid-market, and enterprise brands. Industry leads cover food and beverage, retail, and data licensing.
  • Product: staff and principal product managers for referrals, rewarded apps (Fetch Play), and ads.
  • Operations: fraud analysts, trust and safety, support, AI evaluation, and customer experience insights.
  • Finance and legal: strategic finance, tax, procure to pay, deal desk, and a privacy legal intern.
  • Marketing, people, and communications: B2B marketing, events, benefits, and PR.

What they look for

Every Posting asks for curiosity and a readiness to learn new tools, AI above all. You do not need to be an expert. Engineering and data roles ask for five to twelve years of experience, and data science roles ask for SQL and Python. Many roles ask for comfort with ambiguity and work across teams. Most sales roles ask for experience in digital media or advertising. The fraud analyst role needs weekend work and close attention to detail.
