Engineering Postings ask for Java most often, with SQL, Python, and Bash. Platform and test roles ask for Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines (automated build and release steps). The Platform Engineer Posting also asks for Go, a cloud provider such as AWS or GCP, and Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform.

Many roles work directly with customers. Customer success engineers troubleshoot production problems and lead go-lives. Product Support Engineers write root cause reports for customers.
