What they do

Enterpret collects customer feedback from every source, such as support tickets, surveys, reviews, Slack, and Gong calls, into one knowledge graph. It sorts the feedback with a taxonomy made for each customer. Its AI agents find problems and file tickets, and an MCP server gives the data to AI tools. Canva, Notion, and ElevenLabs use it.

Where they hire

The company has offices in New York and Bengaluru. Of 13 Postings, six are in Bengaluru, including every engineering role, and most of them say on site. Most New York roles are hybrid, with several days a week in the office. Three roles list remote work in the United States. No Posting mentions visa sponsorship.

Teams and roles

Enterpret raised a $20.8 million Series A led by Canaan Partners. Kleiner Perkins and Peak XV Partners (formerly Sequoia Capital India) also back it. The board lists 13 roles in two teams.

• Engineering (5, Bengaluru): an applied AI research engineer who builds and evaluates LLM features, a staff engineer and a member of technical staff on the Graph Platform (the knowledge graph, DynamoDB, ClickHouse, and model hosting), and backend and machine learning interns.
• GTM (8): enterprise and mid-market account executives, a strategic account director, a strategic customer success manager, a senior product marketing manager, a chief of staff to the CEO, an executive business partner, and a revenue operations role.

Three US Postings give a pay range and offer equity. Interns can get a pre-placement offer (an offer of a full-time job) based on their work.

What they look for

Postings ask for a strong sense of ownership and comfort with ambiguity. Many ask for an AI-native way of working: daily use of AI tools such as Claude, with care to check what they produce.

Engineering roles ask for real production experience. The Graph Platform roles ask for six or more years, or eight or more for staff. They ask for three or more years at one company, and DynamoDB or ClickHouse at scale. The AI roles ask for clean, testable Python and work with modern LLMs and evaluations. Interns must work on site in Bengaluru, and the backend internship asks for a degree from a Tier 1 college and one earlier internship.

Sales roles ask for three to five years of SaaS sales (mid-market), seven or more (enterprise), or ten or more (strategic). They ask for Salesforce, Gong, and Outreach, and the Challenger or Force Management sales methods. The strategic role asks for 30 percent travel.
