Growth, partner network, and design are the largest teams on the board.

• Growth and content: presenters, SEO specialists, SEO content writers, and video editors, some for Stratzy.
• Partner network: partner sales, partner onboarding, and partner support for authorised partners.
• Design: senior product designers, visual designers, and motion designers.
• Compliance, KYC, and legal: surveillance compliance, KYC managers, and legal associates.

What they look for

Each posting names a range of years. A surveillance compliance role asks for two to four years, broking operations, and SEBI and exchange rules. A production support role asks for three to five years with Linux and SQL databases, and some finance product knowledge. A partner sales role asks for three to eight years of partner acquisition in broking or fintech. A senior product design role asks for five to seven years. Some roles prefer NISM certifications.
