Software and hardware descriptions ask for strong fundamentals and for code that is modular, scalable, and easy to maintain. Solutions roles ask for a degree in robotics, mechanical engineering, or a related field. They ask for at least 3 years of experience, and the solution architect asks for at least 5. Seven descriptions list the same traits: critical thinking, availability, responsibility, versatility, resourcefulness, and attention to detail. The research role wants useful results, not papers.
