The product engineer needs three or more years of full-stack work with technologies such as React, Python, Postgres, and ClickHouse, and past full ownership of a product. The platform engineer needs four or more years, very strong coding skills, a deep understanding of databases, and experience at scale. The account executive needs two or more years, and the founding growth role three or more. The engineering interviews are an intro call, a founder chat, a technical interview, and a paid one-day superday.
