Contentstack calls itself an AI-forward company. Three engineering Postings ask people to use AI tools and agents in daily work, from writing code to handling incidents. The site reliability Posting asks to see an agent or MCP integration the candidate built. The backend role wants Python, FastAPI, REST APIs, MongoDB, Kafka or Celery, and Docker and Kubernetes. The QA role wants Playwright or Cypress and 3 to 5 years of QA. The DevOps role wants 10+ years, Google Cloud, Terraform, and Kubernetes. Data architects need deep Snowflake and dbt skills. Senior partner and marketing roles ask for 8 to 12 years and a live product demo in the interview.
