• Operations: fraud operations analysts and transaction services teams, many of them in Pune.

What they look for

Most postings ask for a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and a set number of years. A Java full stack role asks for five to eight years of front end and back end work. An ETL lead role asks for ten to twelve years in financial services, Ab Initio, and strong Oracle SQL. A fraud analyst role asks for five years in fraud claims and trend analysis. Almost every posting asks for clear and concise written and verbal communication. Some operations roles ask the candidate to work rotational shifts. The postings do not describe the interview steps.
