Teams and roles

Most of the board is value engineering, a customer-facing job between consulting and presales. Engineering is smaller, in Munich, Madrid, and Bangalore.

• Value engineering: find business problems with strategic customers, build prototypes on the platform, and show value to executives. Many Bangalore roles serve regions such as North America, the UK, or DACH.
• Backend in Bangalore: Java microservices with Spring, JPA, and Hibernate on Kubernetes and AWS, ideally with Spark or Databricks. Levels run from associate to staff.
• SAP: ABAP developers extend the SAP integration across R/3 and S/4HANA.
• Quality: Playwright test automation in TypeScript, with help from LLMs.
• Frontend in Munich and Madrid: Angular, TypeScript, and D3.js for dashboards and process models.
