Levels depend on years: about 5 or more for level 3, 9 or more for senior, 14 or more for lead, and 20 or more for principal. Software roles ask for C, C++, C#, Python, Java, or Ada. Quality engineers need 5 or more years with quality systems and root cause work. Mechanics need hands-on assembly, drilling, and riveting skills and must work any shift.
