Teams and roles

Design and projects have the most open roles.

  • Design and projects: designers, a graphic designer, a presales design manager, MEP project managers, a site engineer, a quantity surveyor, a project controller, and an EHS (safety) manager. They plan and build out coworking interiors.
  • Procurement: two roles that buy for capital projects and fit-outs.
  • Finance: accounts, billing, and ledger roles, and a head of accounts on a CFO track for a planned IPO.
  • Facilities: managers and executives for housekeeping, security, and building services.
  • Customer success and sales: an account manager, a customer success associate, and an outbound growth manager for enterprise clients.
  • Investments: a sales manager and a CRM specialist for investors in workspace products.
  • Technology: a data analyst and a digital customer support executive.
  • Single roles in legal, talent acquisition, brand and content, and a community events internship.

What they look for

Most postings ask for a bachelor's degree in a field that fits the role. Experience asks range from none for the intern and fresh graduate roles to 16 to 18 years for the head of accounts. About 20 postings name Excel, and the design and project roles ask for AutoCAD. Many roles ask for experience with coworking, commercial interiors, or real estate. About half of the postings ask for vendor management. Most postings ask for good communication.
