The board has six full-time roles, all in India. Two name Delhi, one names Bengaluru, and one names Pune and Indore. Two name no place. No posting mentions remote or hybrid work. No posting mentions visa sponsorship.

Teams and roles

Operations has three of the six roles.

• Operations: a senior community manager who runs centres in a city, a community service executive, and a senior facility executive.
• Legal: an assistant manager for property leases, design and build contracts, and centre licences.
• A network engineer in IT operations and an executive in surveillance.

What they look for

Three postings give details. The other three give only a one-word description. The two community roles ask for strong client service, the company's standard operating procedures, and vendor and facility management. The senior community manager role asks for 8 to 10 years of experience, a degree with an MBA preferred, and experience with an annual revenue of at least INR 75 million. The community service executive role asks for one to two years. The legal role asks for contract drafting, property due diligence, and a contract management tool such as SpotDraft.
