AutoScout24 Group runs Europe's largest online car marketplace. It has platforms in Germany, Italy, Austria, the Netherlands, France, and Belgium. In Canada it runs AutoTrader.ca, AutoSync, Dealertrack Canada, and CMS. These help people buy, sell, and finance vehicles. Dealertrack Canada handles more than 6.5 million credit applications each year.

What they look for

Engineering roles ask for strong Java and Spring Boot, often with PostgreSQL, Kafka, and AWS. They ask for real daily use of AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, or Codex. Some ask for experience building with LLM APIs and a clear view of their risks. Data science roles ask for production machine learning in Python, and some ask for a degree. Most roles need English. Country sales, marketing, and support roles need the local language, such as German, Italian, or Dutch.
