The company, in brief.
What they do
Atomicwork makes AI software for IT and HR service management in large companies. It sells AI coworkers that handle work such as incident triage, employee onboarding, and access requests. The coworkers work in Slack and Microsoft Teams, and can run on top of ServiceNow or Jira Service Management.
What they value
- Agency in how people work.
- Taste in what they build.
- Ownership of their work.
- Mastery of their craft.
- Impatience to get things done.
- Obsession with the customer.
Where they hire
All four roles are hybrid and based in the Bengaluru office. The customer success role can also be based in Chennai. It asks for travel up to half the time and for work in Australia and New Zealand hours. No roles are remote. The postings say nothing about visa sponsorship.
Teams and roles
Atomicwork is hiring for four roles in engineering, security, product, and customer success.
- Backend: Java, Python, React, strong database fundamentals, MySQL, APIs, and AWS. Engineers act like technical founders of what they build, and must know code editors like Cursor.
- Application security: code review for security flaws, the OWASP Top 10, a CI/CD tool such as GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, or Jenkins, and Java or Python. The engineer builds automated security tests and supports the bug bounty program.
- Product: the product manager owns integration strategy for IT service management customers. The role needs four or more years in B2B SaaS and experience with integrations and APIs.
- Customer success: the manager looks after large mid-market and enterprise clients through onboarding, adoption, and renewal. The role needs five or more years in consulting or customer success.
What they look for
Atomicwork does not require formal qualifications. It values hands-on skills, a wish to keep learning, and responsibility for your own work. The postings ask for strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work at a fast-moving startup. The backend posting asks candidates to read the values and to work well with teammates. To apply, candidates answer a few questions and wait for next steps. The company never asks for payment during hiring.
