About AppsFlyer

The company, in brief.

What they do

AppsFlyer makes a marketing cloud that measures which ads and campaigns bring users to apps and websites. It started as a mobile attribution platform. It also offers deep linking, fraud protection, analytics, and privacy-safe data sharing. More than 15,000 businesses use it. Its platform processes more than 150 billion app events each day.

What they value

  • Approachable: each person is an approachable professional.
  • Passion: people care about their jobs.
  • Flexibility: people stay flexible when things change.
  • Teamwork: each person is a true team member.
  • Learning: people learn as both a student and a mentor, and learn from mistakes.

Where they hire

Most Postings are in Herzliya, Israel, and Kyiv. Others are in Beijing, Bangkok, San Francisco, Tokyo, Seoul, Bangalore, Buenos Aires, and a few other cities. The San Francisco sales role needs four days a week in the office, and the São Paulo role needs three. Postings do not say if AppsFlyer sponsors visas.

Teams and roles

The board spreads across many teams and countries.

  • Engineering: backend and software engineers in Kyiv and Herzliya, a team leader, a security SDK engineer, and two security roles. The backend uses Clojure, Go, Java, Scala, Kafka, Spark, and AWS or Google Cloud.
  • Partnerships: partner development and commercial partnership managers, mostly for Asia.
  • Sales and customer work: account managers and executives, a customer success manager, and sales operations.
  • Support: support engineers in Israel, Argentina, Brazil, China, and the United States.
  • Finance: FP&A, bookkeeping, commissions, and payroll roles in Herzliya.
  • Greater China: a general manager, a growth marketing manager, and a brand manager in Beijing.

What they look for

Most roles ask for three to five years of experience. Senior engineers ask for five years, and the Greater China general manager asks for fifteen. Many Postings ask for experience in SaaS, AdTech, or mobile marketing. Most roles in Asia need a local language, such as Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, or Bahasa, as well as English. Many finance, sales, partnership, and engineering roles ask people to use AI tools in their work.
