Of 1,010 Postings, the Philippines holds 230, Malaysia 206, China 153, Hong Kong 127, and Singapore 79. The others are in Sri Lanka, Myanmar, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Korea, Australia, Cambodia, and New Zealand. The board marks no Posting as remote. • Information technology: 189 Postings, the largest group, plus 25 in data analytics. Titles include cloud engineers, software engineers, solution and enterprise architects, data engineers, GenAI engineers, and UI/UX designers. • Distribution: 144 Postings in sales and 68 in support. These serve the agents and partners who sell AIA policies.
• Clinic: 76 Postings. Many are at MediCard, a health maintenance organization in the Philippines, for nurses, therapists, and patient care officers.

What they look for

Most Postings ask for a bachelor's degree in a related field and a stated number of years of experience. A technical business analyst role asks for 5 years, a senior legal counsel role asks for 6 years after qualification, and an associate director of data science role asks for 10 or more.

Technology and data roles ask for Python and SQL. AI roles ask for hands-on work with large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and AI agents. The data science leader must take AI products from prototype to production and work with security, risk, and compliance teams.

About half of the Postings read ask for work with stakeholders (the people in other teams who depend on the work). Compliance and strategy roles prefer experience in insurance or financial services. Some Hong Kong Postings say that you must get the relevant licence if the job involves regulated activities.

Language needs follow the market. Postings ask for written and spoken English. A Hong Kong role also asks for Chinese, both Cantonese and Putonghua. A Malaysia role names Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin as an advantage. Clinic roles ask for a nursing degree or a related medical course.
