About AB InBev

The company, in brief.

What they do

AB InBev brews beer. Its postings name Budweiser, Stella Artois, and Corona, and say the company makes the world's most loved beers. The group is based in Leuven in Belgium. This board is the European one, so it covers the breweries, the sales teams that sell to shops and bars, and the logistics.

What they value

  • Ownership, which postings state as the slogan "Come and OWN IT".
  • Ambition and action, which postings pair with a sense of responsibility.
  • Thinking big and driving change, asked for in the opening of each posting.
  • Resilience and hard work, named as how ambitious targets become results.
  • Starting careers early, because nearly 40 per cent of the board is internships.

Where they hire

Of 105 postings, Belgium holds 31, Czechia 22, France 16, Germany 12, the Netherlands 11, Italy seven, and Switzerland seven. Leuven holds 15, plus the Jupille-Sur-Meuse brewery and Hoegaarden. Postings appear in the local language. None is remote.

Teams and roles

The board is unusual in how much of it is early-career work: 40 of the 105 postings are internships.

  • Multifunctional: 46 postings, the largest group. Many of these are the graduate and internship routes that rotate across functions.
  • Supply: 16 postings, which is the brewing and packaging side.
  • Sales: 15 postings, split between the off trade, meaning shops, and the on trade, meaning bars.
  • Logistics: 11 postings.
  • Solutions operations: eight postings.
  • Procurement and finance: three postings each.
  • People, legal and corporate affairs, and technology: one posting each.
  • Contracts: 52 postings are permanent, 40 are internships, 12 are fixed term, and one is seasonal.

What they look for

Internship postings state the length and start date in the text. The Italian off-trade sales internship runs six months from September 2026, places you in the sales team for large retailers, and asks for sales data analysis and reporting to local sales management, work on the tools the sales team uses, analysis of product ranges at key customers, management of point-of-sale materials, and promotion analysis. It is written in Italian, so the language is required. Brewery postings name the trade: the electromechanical maintenance posting at Jupille-Sur-Meuse is written in French and states that the role works three shifts. Postings across the board repeat the same values paragraph, so a candidate is expected to speak to ownership, ambition, and resilience.
